Please do not overstate your riding ability as it is both dangerous for you and others. You will not be allowed to ride if you are not the correct standard for your chosen activity and no refunds will be given.

For parties and/or group events Our Rider Registration Form can be downloaded by clicking here. This can be completed by members of your party before you come to save you time filling one in when you arrive on the day of your booking.
You will also need to bring your booking confirmation and any voucher with you.
Above all, we want you to be able to enjoy your experience with us.
When you come, arrive about 10 minutes before your allocated time slot. Hats are available, wear long trousers, bring gloves with fingers. We recommend waterproof wear as this can always be left behind if we get sunshine. Foot wear should be either wellies/trainers or shoes with a small heel, not any chunky shoes or buckles that may catch in the stirrups or flip flops.
There is a café and viewing gallery where parents or relatives may go to watch indoor lessons.
Please note. With most activities we have a 48 hour cancellation policy - in writing or by email to lasswadestables@outlook.com - no refunds will be given unless this 48 hours notice is given.
HOWEVER PLEASE NOTE PRIVATE LESSON CANCELLATIONS REQUIRE 7 DAYS NOTICE FOR FULL REFUND, MINUS £10 ADMIN FEE, LESS THAN 7 DAYS BUT MORE THAN 48HRS WILL RECEIVE 50% REFUND, ANYTHING LESS THERE WILL BE NO REFUND DUE TO COSTS INCURRED.
N.B. ANY REFUNDS GIVEN FOR CANCELLATIONS MEETING THESE CRITERIA WILL BE IN THE FORM OF A CREDIT ADDED TO YOUR ACCOUNT - ONLY IN EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES WILL CARD REFUNDS BE AUTHORISED WITH ANY CHARGES INCURRED BEING DEDUCTED FROM THAT REFUND. Unfortunately we find this necessary due to late cancellations making it impossible to re-sell slots at last minute, leaving instructors idle.
